Fantastic location with wonderful amenities

The location was perfect, right by the river and close to shopping and eateries. I loved the spacious room with a beautiful canal view, and the complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. The private onsen on the top floor was absolutely a highlight of my stay. However, I experienced some confusion regarding parking charges, which could be handled better.

It was just a fine choice for a brief hiatus in Fukuoka with great value. The room was a bit small, but it had a pleasant air-weave mattress that made for a comfortable sleep. Be prepared for limited breakfast options if you prefer western food.

We had a warm family stay but faced issues with the room's temperature and safety. The cold draft made it hard to sleep comfortably, and we'd recommend bringing a humidifier. Enjoyed the cozy breakfast options available—a great way to start the day.

We had a lovely stay with three dogs and enjoyed exploring nearby cultural spots like the Hakataza Theatre. The hotel was well-situated for family outings, and the spacious deluxe double room made our stay even more comfortable.
